Any fitbit - disappointed

This tracker brought me to a Neighbors house, as they have a fitbit. So basically anyone that has a fitbit but not yours :( , its doesnt read your account . whats the point .... Not only does fitbit clasps have defects and they are being lost, the support apps are designed to lose more money.
I dont see a Fitbit again in my future.
