Fitbit Finder - lost Fitbit App Reviews

App info lacked the necessity to have an iPad much newer than mine with a more advanced version of Bluetooth. So I bought it and unwittingly wasted my money. I could not get the starting screen as it was greyed out in spite of Bluetooth being turned on. I never got a chance to try to find my FitBit One. Just because is (apparently) designed for iPad does NOT mean it works on all iPads. Not everyone runs out and grabs the newest thing. Some of us like to sit back and watch you early adopters of technology get the bugs ironed out before we wade into the water. This was my first & last experience with apps by Front Seat, LLC.

I lost my Fitbit Charge today. I am still connected to the device on bluetooth so I know its nearby! Have tried the app in every room in my house and it still says it cant find one. Waste of money.

Im really sad that I bought this. Such a waste of money. I tried using it and it wouldnt pick up the signal. Found it in the room I was searching in using the app and it couldnt find it

Doesnt work even with the Fitbit next to it

I lost my fitbit charge yesterday and i got this app to find it ..Its showing that it detected a Fitbit Zip somewhere and trying to load the location or something ..But no luck in findng my Fitbit Charge..I lost my money

I used this app to find my missing One years ago. Didnt work well, but it did lead me to my device. Tried to use for my Alta, it could pick it up at all. I found it the old fashioned way, you know, digging through everything and found it myself. Tried to see if the app could "find it" while it was in my hand...still nothing.

This works with the one. It does not recognize my Alta or my surge.

If there was a ZERO thats how I would rate this. I paid 5 bucks and searched and searched for my lost Fitbit. Nothing! Nada! Zilch! When I found it (on my own), I got my phone and Bingo! The Finder located my Fitbit - ONCE I HAD ALREADY FOUND IT AND HAD IT IN MY OTHER HAND!!

I lost my FitBit Charge the other day. The FitBit app was syncing to it, so I knew it was in the house. Free apps werent working, so I bought this. Still no good. Apparently, the cats thought it made a good toy. Even with the FitBit on my wrist next to my phone, it cant find it. Dont waste your money if you have a FitBit Charge. I cant speak for the Charge HR, though.

Couldnt find my Fitbit even though it was syncing with my phone. Randomly found it and even with them touching, app cant discover the Fitbit. I want a refund.

Dont waste your money! One minute this app found it, and spinned in circles never giving off a signal and then couldnt find a signal. I gave up on the app! I looked through the trash, thinking maybe it got tossed out with the BBQ trash! Ill be darn thats where I found it! Cleaned & charged it up, and the app STILL didnt work! Ill take better care of my Fitbit thats for sure!

This app does not work, and they directed me to Fitbit who has no clue what Im talking about! Total scam, with no way to contact anyone for support!

I got this to help test as a family member lost theirs. Mine is still on my wrist but it did not find it with the scan. I even turned on all day syncing and still the scan picked up nothing. DO NOT BUY!!! I want my money back!!!

Do not buy this app if you are looking for a Fitbit Alta.

If I could give it no stars I would. I lost my Fitbit and downloaded this app. It said it didnt detect anything. I grabbed a bag 2 feet behind my head and found my Fitbit inside. With my Fitbit on my arm I tried scanning for it 3 more times and it detected NOTHING. I want my $ back!

Why the app cant detect my Fitbit surge ?!

Works like an avalanche beacon and directs you right to it! Use right away before your fit bit battery dies!

This is a great app! Highly recommend it if you have a fitbit!!
